ProofPay Terms and Conditions

The Web Application is accessible at www.proofpay.it. ProofPay is a trademark of AI Cloud Services Inc, a Delaware Corporation.

By using this Web site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, please discontinue use of the Site and request deactivation of your account.

Parties to the Agreement

Visitors, viewers, users, subscribers, members, affiliates, or customers (collectively referred to as “Visitors”) are parties to this agreement. The Website and its owners/operators are parties to this agreement, herein referred to as “Website.”

SMS Opt-In

As part of registration and notifications, you agree to receive SMS messages to your mobile telephone. This opt-in remains in force until you deactivate your account. If you do not approve receiving SMS messages, do not register on ProofPay website.

User Account and Username

• All actions taken by a User are monitored, recorded, and analyzed permanently.
• Account and Username cannot be deleted—only deactivated.
• All accounts are personal. Sharing articles or content is prohibited.

Requirements:

• You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You must provide full legal name, address, email, and a profile photo (mandatory within 7 days).
• Each Account has a designated Account Owner. Communications are via the provided email and address.
• You are responsible for your password security.
• No more than one free account per person or entity.
• Login credentials cannot be shared among individuals.
• Automated registrations (bots) are prohibited.

US Residents Only

The Site is intended for United States residents only. Use outside the US may be inappropriate.

Membership and Billing

Your access remains valid until you cancel your membership. Billing is automatic. No refunds will be issued. Special introductory offers convert to standard rates after their term.

Credit Card Statements

Your statement will show “ProofPay.”

• Discussion Lists are for networking and knowledge sharing.
• Commercial use and advertising are prohibited.
• AI Cloud Services Inc may remove users who violate these terms.
• Use of the lists is at your own risk.
