ProofPay Copyright Policy

This Copyright Policy applies to the ProofPay Platform, including www.proofpay.it, all associated services, and related content created, published, or distributed by AI Cloud Services Inc. (“ProofPay”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By using ProofPay services, you agree to comply with this Copyright Policy.

1. Copyright Ownership

All original content provided by ProofPay is protected under United States copyright law and international treaties. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Website content
• Platform interfaces
• Product documentation
• Educational resources
• Marketing materials
• Custom designs, icons, graphics, and media

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by AI Cloud Services Inc.

2. Respecting Copyright of Others

You must not upload or share content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. Examples of protected works include:

• Text and articles
• Audio and music
• Videos
• Logos and branding
• Software and code
• Photos and illustrations

3. Using Copyright-Protected Works

You may only upload third-party content if you:

• Own the rights to it,
• Have licensed or documented permission,
• Are protected under applicable Fair Use doctrine, or
• Comply with a valid Creative Commons or open-source license.

Important: Simply crediting the creator or noting “no infringement intended” does not exempt you from infringement claims.

5. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

If you believe your copyright is being infringed on ProofPay, email us at info@proofpay.it with subject line “Copyright Infringement” and include:

• Your full legal name and contact information
• Description of the copyrighted work
• Direct URLs to the content in question
• A good faith statement and sworn declaration under penalty of perjury
• Your physical or electronic signature

6. ProofPay Response to Infringement Claims

Upon valid complaint:

• We respond within 2 business days
• We may remove or disable access
• We may offer the uploader an opportunity to respond

False claims may result in legal liability.

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

Users with multiple valid copyright violations may be suspended or terminated from the platform at our discretion.

8. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe content was wrongly removed, email info@proofpay.it with:

• Your contact details
• Identification of the removed content
• Sworn statement of mistake
• Consent to jurisdiction in Delaware, USA

We may restore content if legal action is not initiated by the original claimant within 10 business days.
